Would you like to change the way that you feel?
Are your emotions running your life?
Are you in touch with your feelings or desperately trying to run from them or suppress them?
There is a saying that goes...
"The more we resist the more they persist"
and that goes for our thoughts and feelings as well.
Emotions are our guidance system
And to let our emotional feelings be our guidance system then first we have to know how we feel.
How we feel is really a gift to let us know that we are heading in the right direction in life, but when we are not listening to our intuition and our feelings then they start to overwhelm us and then we are heading in the direction of shut down.
And that can affect people in different ways, whether that be as mild as general feelings that we have to numb through food, alcohol, busyness, noise, overwork, drama in our life, over-caring for other people or whatever ways we choose to numb out our wonderful guidance system that is called E-m-o-t-i-o-n-s.
