Jamie Wray is over on the island again and is running a fun, hands on :Practical raw food Workshop" in Douglas on Wednesday 22nd July '09

We will be making some cooked dishes and some delicious "raw" dishes to show you how easy it is to make a transition from wherever you are now to better health through what we eat :-)
There will also be ample opportunity over the 2 hours to ask questions as we are going along.
And of course we are going to eat whatever we make :-)
Spaces are extremely limited so that everyone can get quality time taking as much as they want from the evening.
