EFT works awesomely well for...
Anxiety...Fears...Phobias... Pre wedding nerves...Public speaking ...Self confidence...weight loss...Stress Physical Pain... Migraine... Addictions...Grief... Fear of flying...Relationship issues...(work or home)...Children's issues. Insomnia... Anger... Resentment... Emotional issues... Panic Attacks...Past trauma's...Abuse...Eating Disorders... Shame... Low self-esteem ...Diverticulitis... Period pain... Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, etc, etc, etc...
That pain may have a physical of emotional origin, it matters not. I will lead you all the way so that you can release what doesn't serve you anymore. For our pains only purpose is to show us what needs to be healed from the past. Our bodies try to show us where our emotional pain is stored in our aches and pains, but maybe we don't have the time, knowledge or the willingness to do anything about it. Suppresion
So we just suppress the emotional stuff, the aches and pains by whatever means in the hope that it goes away. We can suppress it through drugs which confuse the central nervous system or we can suppress it through... food,addictive behaviour, busyness, work, drama,exercise, relationships that don't serve us,alcohol, or in any other way. But whatever way we choose to suppress, our issues are not going to go away Let's use the gift to heal the pain that we have been carrying for so long :-) For when we carry on suppressing and resisting what we don't want to look at all we do is push it deeper into the body where eventually it becomes an even bigger issue and can lead to illness.
Heal the painWe need to find a way to heal the pain at source and EFT is the gentlest, quickest most effective and long lasting method that I know of to do this safely...and with no contraindications:-) There is no downside to using EFT!There is no downside to using EFT! Only freedom from what is holding you back in your life :-)
